Having been with them for just over a year now, I can confidently say that the units are very clean and provide easy access. I've never encountered any dampness issues, which is a big plus for me. Moreover, I must commend the assistance I've received from the fella residing at the trailer. His support has been invaluable throughout my stay. Although I've experienced two rent increases, I still find the rent to be reasonable. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I look forward to continuing my stay.

I’ve had a great experience with Make Space Storage. Their rates are affordable, the storage units are exceptionally clean, and every staff member I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional. On the rare occasion there was a mistake, it was corrected quickly, easily, and with genuine grace. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage.

I rented from make space storage for several months and they were pretty good. I didn’t like the price being raised on me within my first number of months, I would think that would happen after a year but either way. I really can’t complain. It was everything it is advertised to be. Easy access storage and relatively affordable. I’d rent again from them if I needed storage space. Nice folks

Overall I would suggest to anyone needing a place for storage should come to Brechin Storage. Ease of entry and exit to the facility is a plus. Just put in your personal code and enter. When you leave just enter your code at the exit. This keeps those who do not have permission out of the storage facility keeping you and others safe. My only real complaint is the price has had a huge (to me) increase in the last 5 years. Hopefully the rental cost will be frozen for at least the next 3 or 4 years.
