Although I have not rented a storage unit from here as of yet, I do want to give them a quick shout out for their kind and friendly customer service. I did inquire about sizes and pricing the other day and even though he is new(er), Todd was really great to deal with. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable to answer all of my questions. Having a look around the location is clean, and secured which is great comfort knowing that my items would be looked after.
So for sure stop in or call with any questions you may have and be sure to ask for Todd...he is a super great guy to deal with!

We needed to temporarily store our belongings while we moved, and were very happy with Green Storage and the huge locker they provided. It was large enough to fit everything, had drive up access, was climate controlled and located right off highway 11. We were very confident in that our items were secured leaving them there and appreciated the great customer service from sign up to close out. Would definitely use them again!

Heather was amazing! As soon as we walked in the door for the 1st time, Heather acknowledged us with a nod and a smile even though she was busy with another customer. When it was our turn, she asked how our day was going. Heather confirmed we had a space reserved for our camper and made sure all the paperwork was filled out correctly. She then proceeded to show us exactly how the gate and code system works snd where we would located. Simple. Concise. Easy-Peasy. One can tell Heather knows her job well and is definitely a people person! We left with a smile. Thanks Heather.

Our experience with Heather, Manager of this location Orillia Hughes has been a pleasure to work with. She's consistently demonstrating professionalism, supportive and always willing to help. She's made the experience of renting a unit like a personal home and accommodating to ensure we're happy ensuring size is right size. we know we needed a large unit and signed up for a 20x20 while our home is getting built.
The company staff as a whole are friendly no matter which location picks up to answer a call.
