Our experience with Heather, Manager of this location Orillia Hughes has been a pleasure to work with. She's consistently demonstrating professionalism, supportive and always willing to help. She's made the experience of renting a unit like a personal home and accommodating to ensure we're happy ensuring size is right size. we know we needed a large unit and signed up for a 20x20 while our home is getting built. The company staff as a whole are friendly no matter which location picks up to answer a call. Thank you, Heather, for such collaboration support and creating a positive customer experience.

So impressed with this place.. the units are clean... and safe... the young lady at the front desk at this location is so lovely and helpful. They really go out of their way to help and accommodate you. I have never once called them and had no one answer the phone..and I don't mean voicemail....as you know in this day and age having an actual person answer the phone is miraculous in itself....well done😊

Heather provided Excellent service. We had a last minute need to store a 40 foot fifth wheel. The service was excellent. We have used this same site before as well. We have never had issues. Would absolutely recommend it.
