Very clean facility! The rental rates are very fair especially if you take advantage of the promotions they offer. Sandy is very professional, knowledgeable and sweet. The moving supply store in the main office at the front is well stocked. I highly recommend this facility as good value for your money. Also they have an electric vehicle charging spot in front.

Hands down, the best storage facility in Orillia. I’ve dealt with my fair share of storage places over the years, but Green Storage Orillia is in a league of its own. The place is spotless, secure, and clearly run by people who know what they’re doing. You can tell they’ve actually thought about what customers need — wide driveways, climate control, solid lighting, and real security that doesn’t just look good on paper. We dealt with Sandy, and what a great experience we had. She was so helpful — friendly, efficient, and sharp — no fuss, no nonsense. They got me set up quickly and walked me through the options without any pressure. Whether you’re storing a few heirlooms, the contents of a home, or something with wheels and a bit of horsepower — this is the kind of place where you know your things are safe. And frankly, that kind of peace of mind is rare. Highly recommended — worth every dollar. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sandy was extremely professional and very informative when answering any questions I had regarding the move in process/policy/payments/availability etc. Units are very well kept and maintained. Everything was super tidy, clean and well stocked in the office showroom. Sandy made me feel valued and welcome as soon as I walked in. In my opinion, Green Storage is by far the number one storage place out there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you for such a wonderful experience Green Storage!

Was great dealing with an actual person in the office and not just by phone; Sandy is awesome, she showed me a unit so I could visualize the furniture and was able to choose the right size; add in all the security features and pest control, this place is amazing!
