This was my first time coming to green storage, I was really impressed with the speedy response after booking my storage unit to confirm all the details. My first impression blew me away! It was very well maintained, my unit was clean and ready to go. I had no issues accessing my drive up unit either. Soon as I drove up to the entrance, Sandy greeted me with a smile and continued to provide excellent service throughout the entire interaction. She was very helpful and knowledgable about the property and units which made locating my own unit a breeze! No complications. No headaches. Just an all around awesome experience! Green Storage is definitely doing it right and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Green Storage Orillia (Harvie Street Location). What began with a incredibly pleasant experience over the phone with Lilly, continued with and even better experience with Sandy in person. This was my first time getting a storage unit so, I didnt know what to expect. I called to book and the next day I had the keys to the storage unit! There were no surprises in pricing, the locks were available on site to purchase, the facility was clean, and it was clear that the ground were well maintained and secured. I was also happy to book during a time that there was a 50% off pricing for the first 8 weeks! Sandy provided all information needed and was super personable when explaining everything. Without a doubt, Sandy restored my faith in customer service and kindness in people. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Very clean facility! The rental rates are very fair especially if you take advantage of the promotions they offer. Sandy is very professional, knowledgeable and sweet. The moving supply store in the main office at the front is well stocked. I highly recommend this facility as good value for your money. Also they have an electric vehicle charging spot in front.

Reasonably priced and secure fencing around property. And very easy access to the storage locker. I've have only positive things to say about green storage cause even the people were great anytime I saw and talked to them.

Amazing and friendly staff! This storage unit is the most accommodating and accessible place i have been to. I rented a unit for 5 months and they were fantastic. Very accommodating with move in and out times. Always willing to be flexible and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me pick the best unit. They also cross referenced prices within the city to ensure it was the best one for me. Will definitely use again if i ever need storage
