Excellent facility. Always tour first. The lower floor is from the original building. But the upper floor is modern and worth the price difference. The manager was super nice and storage is easily accessed. The place is clean and the deals reasonable.

I have used multiple Access Storage facilities over the years and they have all been good. However the staff in Orillia is EXCEPTIONAL!! Casey and Denise are amazing, incredibly pleasant, very attentive in making sure your experience and your storage locker meet your needs. They exceed all your expectations. If you are looking for a storage facility in the Orillia area look no further.

I wanted a large locker close to the entrance and lucked in to one with an outside door. It was clean and heated. The real treat was the pleasant manager Denise. I had one issue when the door latch did not catch securely and she immediately got maintenance in to fix the issue.

Went with a friend to sign up for short term storage. The manager Denise was awesome. Explained everything in detail, gave us a tour. Top notch
