Access Storage - Orillia

I wanted a large locker close to the entrance and lucked in to one with an outside door. It was clean and heated. The real treat was the pleasant manager Denise. I had one issue when the door latch did not catch securely and she immediately got maintenance in to fix the issue.

Went with a friend to sign up for short term storage. The manager Denise was awesome. Explained everything in detail, gave us a tour. Top notch

The staff member i met (Denise) was very welcoming and professional. Their facility is clean and has good security measures taken to insure clients belongings are kept safe. I would definitely recommend access storage to friends or family

I was at access storage for over 3 years. There attentiveness to security and client care was and is phenomenal and the establishment was kept very clean I would and will recommend access storage to anyone and everyone. The frontline representation of the business is and always will be 100%. The lady’s name is Denise. Out of a score of 1-10 1 being the worst and 10 being the best I would a 100.

My goal was to have access to a.storage unit in the city i was picking items up from as I wasn't sure what needed to be removed from the home I was trying to empty. At the ned of the day I did not know if I wpuld need it but reserved it to be safe. There was a very small charge of about 25 bucks. And then the month was free. I didn't use it and when canceled it was no problem. So I was able to reserve it and use it for a month which served my purposes at a 25 dollar rate. It wpuld have increased to the regular monthly fee after if I had kept it. But what a great way to do things. And no Hassel when I chose to not keep it. Was an email and a thank ypu back and forth. All done over the phone and email. Couldn't have been easier and gave me piece of mind without paying a huge fee. Thank you
