Excellent facility. Always tour first. The lower floor is from the original building. But the upper floor is modern and worth the price difference. The manager was super nice and storage is easily accessed. The place is clean and the deals reasonable.

Denise was such a delight to deal with. She went above and beyond to accommodate all expectations with my storage needs. She was extremely informative and always reached out to address any issues or concerns I may have had, and made sure I was satisfied with my stay. Great facility! We keep our trailer here and we have enjoyed the convenience of this location. The stalls are perfect, lots of space and easy to get in/out of. Highly recommend!!

The epitome of a professional Storage location. We used access Storage through a transmission at the staff could not have been more accommodating. They are diligent on top of who has access and when they have access and they gave us great comfort. I would highly recommend access for any storage you need in the Orillia area.
